4 people injured in 2-vehicle crash near Star
Four people were injured after a two-vehicle accident on State Highway 44 east of the intersection at State Highway 16, according to Idaho State Police.
Julianne Holmes, 47, of Kuna, driving a Ford Focus west on 44 crossed over the center line and crashed into a Ford Explorer, heading east, driven by Lew House, 51, of Caldwell, according to ISP.
House, his passengers, Carmen House, 44, of Caldwell and a minor, were transported to the hospital. Holmes also was sent to the hospital, according to ISP.
Their health status is unknown at this time.
The eastbound lanes on 44 were blocked for an hour and a half. Investigators determined everyone involved had been wearing seatbelts.
