Injury crash closes Horseshoe Bend Road in Eagle

Both drivers were hospitalized after a head-on crash that closed Horseshoe Bend Road between Floating Feather and Hill roads for about two hours Friday afternoon, the Ada County Sheriff's Office reports.

A woman driving north on Horseshoe Bend Road drifted into a southbound lane about 4 p.m. and hit a car headed south, ACSO reports. Both drivers were in their cars alone, a sheriff's spokesman said.
