Man found dead in Nampa died due to drug overdose
A man found dead in a Nampa canal last month died due to a methamphetamine overdose, according to the Canyon County Coroner’s Office.
The body of Brandon Bozeman, 25, was found behind Terry Reilly Health Services near 16th Avenue North and 3rd Street North on the morning of Oct. 6.
Police initially had trouble identifying Bozeman and asked the public for help. His body had been in the canal for a while before it was found.
It’s still not clear if Bozeman died near where he was found or if the body floated down from another location.
