Update: Man found in Owyhee County after Idaho law enforcement put out request for help
Update: The Canyon County Sheriff’s Office said Donald Conklin was located shortly after 1 p.m. in Owyhee County and is safe. Deputies are working to reunite him with his family.

The Canyon County Sheriff’s Office asked the public for help Tuesday in the search for a missing man.
Donald Conklin, who has dementia, was last seen Monday evening near the 300 block of White Rock Way in Melba, the sheriff’s office said.
The sheriff’s office said Conklin was driving a red 1994 Jeep Wrangler with Idaho license plate 2CBK443.
The 84-year-old Conklin is about 6-foot, weighs 190 pounds and has gray hair with blue eyes, according to a news release.
He was last seen wearing khaki pants, a blue-green long-sleeved shirt and glasses.
Law enforcement asked anyone with information on Conklin’s location to call the Canyon County Sheriff’s Office at 208-454-7531 or Crime Stoppers at 208-343-2677.
