Update: Missing Boise woman located by deputies, is receiving medical attention

Update: The woman from Boise who had gone missing was found Friday afternoon by the Canyon County Sheriff’s Office. She is being assessed and receiving medical attention, according to an updated news release.

A woman from Boise is missing and authorities are asking for the public’s help in finding her, the Canyon County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release Friday.

Susan Brooks, 36, who goes by “Akeisha,” was last seen wearing a purple dress on Wednesday morning at Celebration Park south of Melba, according to the release. The Sheriff’s Office said Brooks is 5-foot-7, 175 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
