Boise offers free computer repair Saturday for military families

The computer-repair offer is part of the city of Boise's "Our Troops, Our Families" program, which provides a variety of free services, including recreational activities at city venues such as swimming pools, Zoo Boise, Idaho Ice World, fire stations, and community centers.

Saturday's event is available to the families of deployed military personnel. It goes from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at City Hall West, Boise's police and fire department headquarters, 333 N. Mark Stall Place. Call (208) 972-8004 to schedule an appointment.

The city reactivated "Our Troops, Our Families" in early May to coincide with the six-month deployment of the Idaho Air National Guard's 124th Fighter Wing to the Middle East. Find more information on the program here.
