Fatal car-motorcycle crash reported on Idaho 21; traffic delayed
The Ada County Sheriff's Office is investigating a car-motorcycle accident in which a motorcyclist died Friday evening.
Two people in the car were injured and taken to a local hospital, an Ada County dispatcher reports. The car rolled or flipped on its side, and one of the people had to be extricated, she said.
The crash was reported just before 6 p.m. at Idaho 21 and Grand Forest Drive, the dispatcher said. ACSO is investigating, and Boise police are helping with traffic control, she said.
The stretch of Idaho 21 between Lake Forest and Technology drives was blocked for several hours as crews investigated and cleared the scene.
The motorcyclist died at the scene, the sheriff’s office reports. No further information about the crash or the injured people was immediately available.
