Two flood-closed sections of Boise Greenbelt have reopened

Boise Parks and Recreation has reopened the two sections of the Greenbelt that were closed earlier this month due to flooding, according to a Wednesday new release.

In Southeast Boise, the gravel walking-only section of the Greenbelt near Parkcenter Boulevard and the section from Loggers Creek bridge at Leadville Avenue east to West Parkcenter bridge are both open to the public again.

Both were closed by rising Boise River levels earlier this month.
