Jerome man dies of injuries from motorcycle crash on I-84 in Boise

A Jerome man has died from injuries sustained in a Sunday motorcycle crash, according to the Idaho State Police.

Ronald W. Engle, 57, of Jerome, was leaving eastbound Interstate 84 at the Overland Road exit when he lost control of his 2008 Kawasaki motorcycle. He was ejected from the motorcycle. Engle was not wearing a helmet, according to ISP.

Shortly after the crash, Engle was listed in critical condition at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise. He died there Wednesday evening, ISP reported Thursday.
