Gov. Otter’s mother, Regina, dies at age 101

Regina Otter died at a Boise hospital Saturday, 18 days after her 101st birthday.

A mother of nine, she was a stalwart supporter of her son, Gov. Butch Otter. She was born Feb.9, 1915.

A funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Saint Mark's Catholic Church in Boise, and a rosary is scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday at Summers Funeral Home Boise Chapel, 1205 W. Bannock St.
