An unoccupied home in a mobile home park in the 12000 block of West Fairview Avenue was destroyed by a fire early Monday morning, according to the Boise Fire Department.

The fire was reported at 12:47 a.m. Three engines and one truck were dispatched to the fire.

Tammy Barry, fire department spokeswoman, said there was nothing inside the house at the time of the fire. The cause is under investigation.

Barry said the fire is under investigation as possibly suspicious, and fire and police investigators are looking into a series of fires in or near the mobile home park. The Boise Fire Department has responded to seven fires in the area since June 2015, including a car fire and a shed fire, she said.
