UPDATE: Found man returned home safely with help from Boise police and social media
A man Boise police found alone, was returned home safely Saturday night.
The man was found walking with a cane down on the 8200 block of Cory Court, which is near the intersection of Northview and Milwaukee streets. Officers had been unable to determine the man’s identity since he wasn’t carrying identification and there was a language barrier, according to BPD.
But, after a press release and call for help via social media, police were able to identify the man and return him home safely.
