Larry Leasure's planned 90-acre housing development on Pierce Park Lane north of Hill Road in Boise goes before the city's Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday.
The project was originally scheduled for an Oct. 5 hearing, but Leasure delayed it after city planning staff recommended, among other conditions, removing nine of the lots. He has since reworked his plan to meet the intent of the staff's recommendation without sacrificing the lots.
Boise planners expect to hear some opposition to Leasure's project, which he named The Reserve at Deer Valley, but perhaps not as much as other major Foothills developments.
