Boise police search for girl after receiving report of ‘suspicious circumstances’
The Boise Police Department is looking to conduct a welfare check of a young girl after receiving a report of suspicious circumstances.
Haley Williams, spokesperson for Boise police, told the Idaho Statesman that the department believes she is between ages 8 and 12 years old. The department declined to release any additional information as of Wednesday afternoon.
“At this time, we need to confirm additional information about the situation before we can release any further details,” Williams said. “We don’t have her name.”
The girl was in Boise on Nov. 25 when she was last seen in a surveillance photo, the department said on Twitter.
The Boise Police Department asks anyone with information that would help identify her to call Ada County Dispatch at 208-377-6790.
