Statesman newspaper delivery delayed until Friday after truck was involved in wreck
A couple thousand copies of the Idaho Statesman were not delivered Thursday morning after the truck carrying the newspapers was involved in a wreck that occurred between the printing press and the distribution center.
The driver, who works with an independent trucking company, was injured, but the Statesman has no further details on their condition at this time.
The accident happened right outside of Twin Falls, about 125 miles from the Statesman’s distribution center. Two other vehicles were involved, but more specific details about the incident weren’t immediately available.
Subscribers who didn’t receive Thursday’s paper should receive it with Friday’s delivery. For the latest news go to idahostatesman.com, and for an updated replica of our eEdition, click here.
