Single vehicle rollover crash kills one in Canyon County

Brandy Applehans, of Marsing, was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Canyon County late Friday evening, according to an Idaho State Police press release.

Officials said Applehans, 36, was driving north on Wagner Road just north of Homedale Road in a 2000 Ford Explorer and lost control of the vehicle around 11:38 p.m. on Friday. The vehicle rolled and came to a stop on the right shoulder of the road.

Applehans, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected from the vehicle. ISP is investigating the crash.
