The National Weather Service is expecting temperatures to drop to 31 overnight on Monday in Boise, so if you have tender plants outside, it’s time to bring them in.
Chilly temperatures will continue with overnight lows falling to 28 on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The Stanley area, traditionally one of the chilliest spots in the state, will have weather in the teens in the early part of the week. Temperatures could fall into the single digits in Stanley on Thursday.
There is no snow expected any time soon in Boise — just cold.
