A structure fire in southeast Boise left residents displaced shortly after 1 a.m. on Sunday.

Eight Boise Fire Department units and the Ada County Paramedics responded to the fire in the 4000 block of South Northbridge Way, according to the department. When firefighters arrived, the home was fully engulfed in flames.

Everyone in the home was able to safely evacuate before first responders arrived to the scene. The Burnout Fund, a nonprofit that specializes in short term assistance for families whose homes are destroyed by fires, is working to assist the displaced residents.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation by the Boise Fire Department.
