Who is the cutest dog in Treasure Valley? See finalists, vote for your favorites

The Idaho Statesman is searching for the prettiest pup in Treasure Valley, and we need your help crowning a winner.

Readers recently submitted photos of their canine companions to our cutest dog contest.

After an initial round of voting, 10 finalists remain in the running. Only one adorable pup can take home the title of cutest dog — and win a feature story on the Statesman’s website.

Now it’s up to you.

Rally your friends, family members and fellow dog lovers to vote for your favorite pooches and help us zero in on a winner.

How do I vote for the cutest dog in Treasure Valley?

The final round of voting in the Idaho Statesman’s cutest dog contest is open now.

How long will voting last in Statesman pet contest?

Round two of voting is underway and closes at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 29.

The winner will be announced on Monday, Nov. 3, on the IdahoStatesman.com. We plan to make that top dog the star of their very own feature story filled with adorable photos.

Cutest cat and dog contests are taking place at more than 20 McClatchy newspapers across the United States.

The winners from each market will automatically be entered into a second contest to determine the Cutest Cat and Cutest Dog in the country, launching Monday, Nov. 10.
