A Boise man was arrested Wednesday night after he allegedly shot a rifle at three of his neighbors, Boise Police said.
Jason Evans, 61, was charged with three counts of felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Police were called at 7:23 p.m. Wednesday to the 9000 block of West Cory Street after reports of shots fired. Evans was arrested without incident upon officers’ arrival.
According to police, Evans walked out of his residence and shot a rifle at three neighbors, all of whom who were outside their residence. The victims were able to run indoors to safety without injury.
The victims said they were familiar with Evans but that “there was no ongoing disagreement or discord,” police said.
