Boise man dies in I-84 crash

A Boise man died in a crash on Interstate 84 on Monday.

Ryan Devisser, 34, was headed east near the Cloverdale Road overpass about 10:22 p.m. when he drove off the road and his Chevrolet pickup hit a traffic-control sign on the right shoulder, according to Idaho State Police. Devisser was not wearing a seatbelt and died at the scene, according to ISP.

Two lanes were blocked for about 3 1/2 hours.
