Carhartt store coming to Village at Meridian

Carhartt will open a new store at the Village at Meridian shopping center in Meridian.

The store is projected to open in July at 3424 E. Longwing Lane. It will be the first Carhartt store in the state and the 28th company store in the U.S.

“It’s exciting to open a company store in one of the fastest-growing cities in the U.S.; especially one steeped in railroad history, an industry at the forefront of our company history since 1889,” said Jamie Millar, vice president of retail at Carhartt, in a news release.

The Village at Meridian store will be about 3,400 square feet. It will carry men’s, women’s and kids’ clothing, shoes and accessories.
