Freddy’s custard, burger shop opening in Southeast Boise, Eagle

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers will open a new Boise location Tuesday, at 2143 Broadway Ave.

The new restaurant is next to Sonic Drive-In and across from the Broadway Park shopping center. It will be the chain’s fourth Treasure Valley location.

The eatery will have a drive-through, indoor seating for 100 and additional seating on a patio. Hours are 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Meanwhile, Freddy’s is building another restaurant at 2800 E. State St. in Eagle. It is slated to open later this summer.

The Wichita-based, fast-casual chain already has eateries in Caldwell, Meridian and Nampa.

Brad Williams is franchise owner and operator.

Freddy’s restaurants serve steakburgers, hot dogs and shoestring fries; and desserts made with chocolate or vanilla frozen custard.
