Boise Hawks to hold job fair for baseball season

The Treasure Valley’s minor league baseball team, the Boise Hawks, will host a job fair Saturday, April 23, to hire staff for the upcoming baseball season.

The job fair will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Memorial Stadium at 5600 N. Glenwood St. in Garden City, the site of the team’s home games.

Open positions include ticket takers, box office staff, ushers, cooks, servers, food runners, beer servers, hawkers, promotional support team members and bat boys and bat girls.

Applicants must be 16 or older. Positions are typically staffed by youths or adults seeking part-time work. Hours differ but range from 4 to 10:30 p.m. Operating hours depend on game duration, which varies.

The Boise Hawks are a Single-A affiliate of the Colorado Rockies.
