Westside Pizza has opened its Boise restaurant at 8489 W. Overland Road in Boise.
The company that has locations across the West also has moved its headquarters from Auburn, Wash., to the Treasure Valley.
Founder Jason West said the company’s three owners decided they “really like Boise to be quite honest, and we’re looking for a more central location.”
West said it took about three years for the business, which began in 1996, to choose Boise as its new home. West and co-owners Aaron Olson and Rodney Nelson now live in the Treasure Valley.
The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day. The pizzeria’s ingredients are made or cut on-site, instead of coming from bags or cans, West said.
