Boise Factory Outlets for sale for $3.5M
The Boise Factory Outlets property is for sale for $3.5 million (PDF link).
Since the 1994, the outlet mall at 6850 S. Eisenman Road has greeted drivers along the stretch of Interstate 84 on Boise’s eastern edge.
Stores have come and gone at the 22-acre property. It currently is about 69 percent occupied, with retailers selling brands such as Gymboree and Eddie Bauer. Their leases range in price from $2.25 to $17.25 per square foot, according to the sale brochure.
The outlet mall is being marketed for potential use by government, call centers, development or retail.
The outlets’ media representative directed questions about the reason for the sale, and whether it will remain an outlet mall, to the property owner. WYSE Investment Services Co., which owns the property, did not respond to messages from the Statesman.
