The latest proposed developments, other construction projects and new businesses around Idaho’s Treasure Valley:

Star

The Star City Council annexed and approved a residential subdivision consisting of 320 houses and 22 common lots.

The property consists of 150 acres, with a proposed density of 2.1 dwelling units per acre, at the south end of Blessinger Road..

The council approved a residential subdivision consisting of 169 houses and 29 common lots. The property is located on N. Can Ada Road in Star, and consists of 56.85 acres with a proposed density of 2.97 dwelling units per acre.

The Star City Council approved a request by Don Newell to build a 26-acre residential subdivision, the Sunfield Estates Subdivision, at 9655 W. Beacon Light Road.

The subdivision will have 69 houses and six common lots.

Caldwell

Triple Dot Development applied for the annexation and development of the 118-house El Monterrey Subdivision.

The subdivision will have 10 multifamily lots, 19 town houses, 27 single-family residential lots and eight common lots. The property is located at 2129 Marble Front Road.

Simplot Employees Credit Union has purchased a 4,800-square-foot former credit union building at 416 S. Kimball Ave., Cushman & Wakefield Pacific reports.

Ada County

Ada County is seeking input on the future of the county fairgrounds at Expo Idaho.

A survey asks whether respondents have attended events such as the Western Idaho Fair, home shows, trade shows, musical festivals and private events. It asks about attendance at Boise Hawks baseball games and use of the Boise River Greenbelt. It also asks whether the fair should remain at Expo Idaho and whether people would like to see added retail, offices, an expanded Greenbelt, town center and other possibilities.

The survey is available through June 11.

Boise

Element Construction Corp. of Meridian seeks a permit to build 28 townhouses in 14 buildings at 1259 E. Echelon Ridge Lane. Each building would have three stories.

Neighbor Tim’s BBQ leased 371 square feet of retail space at 7802 W. Goddard Road, Cushman & Wakefield Pacific reports. The building once was home to a Human Bean coffee shop and, most recently, Pesto’s Pizza Shop.

Sleep Easy Mattress Warehouse seeks an occupancy permit at 2592 S. Beverly St., Suite 134, for a warehouse and distribution center. The space was previously used as an office and warehouse by Formulist.

Veterinary Surgical Care Center seeks a permit to build surgery and exam rooms, an X-ray room and offices at 201 W. Boise Ave.

Net USA, which sells new and used cell phones, seeks an occupancy permit at 6555 W. Overland Road. The space for previously occupied by Time Bom Tattoo Parlor.

Meridian

An Idaho Central Credit Union branch may be coming to Linder Village. The developer filed an application with the city for a land use modification to add the financial institution to the development agreement.

RNR Custom homes applied to build a Mint Dental office at the Hills Century Farm subdivision at 3877 Amity Road.

CSHQA applied to remodel the Meridian Police Department building, at 1401 E. Watertower St.

Kuna

Cloudz Vape leased 1,328 square feet of retail space at 255 N. Kay St., Cushman & Wakefield Pacific reports.
