Ada County Pet of the Week: MacGyver

MacGyver
MacGyver

MacGyver, 3, is a 76-pound neutered male white and brown American bulldog-boxer mix. He is eager to cuddle, and seems to know a few obedience commands already, though he sometimes has a hard time focusing. An obedience class would help him to learn manners and bond with his new owners. Positive reinforcement will be key, and he is responsive to food treats. He would love to go on walks and play fetch with tennis balls. Harsh sounds and quick movements make him nervous, so he will need an adult-only home or a family in which the youngest are teenagers. He will need a home without cats.
