Canyon County Pet of the Week: Zane

Zane, 2, is a big, powerful boy but is gentle and friendly and is good on the leash.

This 63-pound, American pit bull mix came to the shelter as a stray. He is well-behaved. Zane has been in to see the vet for his mild skin irritation, has been vaccinated, microchipped and neutered.

Zane resides in Dog Adoptions here at the West Valley Humane Society located at 5801 Graye Lane in Caldwell. The hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and closed on Sundays.
