Canyon County Pet of the Week: Angel

Angel
Angel

Angel, 12, is a special girl, a Shih Tzu mix weighing 21 pounds. She has a black and white coat and requires regular grooming to keep her coat healthy, looking good and feeling her best. This wonderful senior girl is free to seniors through our Senior for Senior program, as we know senior’s make wonderful companions. She was born May 16, 2004. She is a very loving girl, requiring senior health care, very deserving of spending her golden years happy and in a loving home. A healthy diet can help her find and maintain a healthy weight. She appears to have some limited vision. Angel is house-trained, easy on leash, likes dogs, knows “stay.” Angel likes treats, prefers women but likes everyone. She is calm and gentle and loves her squeaky toys. Her new family could include small children. Do you have a heart and home for this wonderful senior girl? She will love to meet you. Angel is spayed, microchipped and vaccinated.

Angel resides in Dog Adoptions here at the West Valley Humane Society located at 5801 Graye Lane in Caldwell. The hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. and closed on Sundays.
