Canyon County Pet of the Week: McMan

McMan, 1, is a pit bull terrier mix. He is a large dog, weighing 53 pounds. McMan came to us as a stray. He might be housetrained. He walks nicely on a leash, knows the “sit” command, and likes treats. We do not know if he has ever been around children so a meet and greet with any kids in the home would be required. He sometimes takes a dominant stance while playing with dogs but has not offered a nip or growl. A meet and greet with any dogs in the home would be required as well. He is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.

McMan is at the West Valley Humane Society at 5801 Graye Lane in Caldwell. The hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. For more on other adoptable pets visit www.westvalleyhumanesociety.org
