Jack Black, 2-1/2, is a 12-pound domestic shorthair with a black coat and a white locket marking on his chest. He is a sweet boy who will meow for some attention. Jack Black was surrendered due to the health of his previous owner. He had a badly infected front leg and a damaged bone when he arrived, and the leg had to be amputated. But he’s adjusted very well and still wants to move around and explore his surroundings. He is an affectionate cat who will want to be right by your side.
Jack Black (#24732414) is at the Idaho Humane Society, 4775 Dorman St. in Boise. The shelter is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. seven days a week. You can learn more at idahohumanesociety.org.
