Ada County Pet of the Week: Chrysanthemum
Chrysanthemum, 2- 1/2, is a spayed female domestic shorthair with black and orange torbie markings and beautiful green eyes. There’s a lot of this girl to love — she weighs more than 17 pounds and will need to be on a safe diet to get back to a healthy weight. Chrysanthemum was returned by her previous owner because she didn’t get along with other animals in the house, so she will need to be the only pet in her new home. She is a very sweet girl who will be happy by your side, and she may be more interested in exploring and playing once she loses some pounds.
Chrysanthemum (#25324404) is located at the Idaho Humane Society, 4775 Dorman St. in Boise. The shelter is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. seven days a week. You can get more information at idahohumanesociety.org.
