Canyon County pet of week: JJ

JJ, 9, is a male Chihuahua/terrier blend who is neutered, microchipped and current on vaccinations. He recently underwent a neuter and a dental procedure where he had quite a few infected, rotting teeth pulled and the rest of them were polished and scraped leaving him with a pearly white smile. JJ is great with other dogs, loves food, is leash-trained and working on potty training ( he could be house-trained, we don’t know just yet ). JJ is as quiet as a door mouse in the shelter. JJ qualifies for our Seniors for Seniors program where select dogs and cats over 6 years of age are free to the perfect home.

JJ resides in Dog Adoptions here at the West Valley Humane Society located at 5801 Graye Lane in Caldwell. The hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. and closed on Sundays. We will be closed for Thanksgiving.
