Canyon County Pet of the Week: Dexter

Dexter, 2, is a male shepherd/collie mix. According to his foster mom, he is friendly and great with livestock and pets. He is leash-trained, crate-trained, house-trained, and loves to play fetch. He knows basic commands and doesn’t leave his property once he knows the home. Dexter is neutered, microchipped and current on vaccines.

Dexter is in Dog Adoptions at the West Valley Humane Society at 5801 Graye Lane in Caldwell. The hours of operation are 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays. For more information visit www.westvalleyhumanesociety.org
