Canyon County pet of the week

Thistle, 4, is a Chihuahua mix with a short, tan coat which will be easy to care for. He’s good on a leash for a walk outside and loves to be held. Due to his small size, we recommend no children under the age of 12 living in the household or left unattended with him. He keeps himself a little on guard when first meeting new people. As always, we recommend bringing in the whole family and other dogs in the home for a meet and greet. Thistle is up-to-date on his vaccinations, micro-chipped, and is now neutered. He would love a visit and snuggle.

Thistle resides in Dog Adoptions at the West Valley Humane Society located at 5801 Graye Lane in Caldwell. The hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. and closed on Sundays.
