Canyon County Pet of the Week: Casper the Doberman blend

Casper, 4-1/2, is a Doberman pinscher and Dalmation blend. He is a transfer in from the Idaho Humane Society where he was surrendered for adoption. He is fully house- and leash-trained (both on leash and off ). He has lived with one small breed dog. Casper does not like cats or small livestock and should go to a home without those animals. He loves to play frisbee and ball. Stuffed animals are great too. He has lived with kids between 10-16 years of age. He knows how to use the doggy door too. Casper is neutered, microchipped and current on all vaccines.

Casper resides in Holding 1 at the West Valley Humane Society at 5801 Graye Lane in Caldwell. The hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. and closed on Sundays. For more information about other adoptable pets visit
