Canyon County Pets of the week: Marble & Jason
Marble, 10, and Jason, 7, are a bonded pair of seasoned male pups, Marble and Jason’s entire world turned upside down when their owners were no longer able to afford them and they entered the shelter in mid-August.
Marble is a neutered 74-pound Labrador Retriever. Jason, 7, is a 59-pound Wirehaired Pointing Griffon blend and will be neutered before going home.
They are both house trained and enjoy an indoor/outdoor environment. They are both crate trained and leash trained. Both are described as curious, active, and playful. They enjoy car rides, running, fetch, walks and water, and are afraid of being alone, thunder and loud noises.
These two are volunteer favorites and are incredibly fun and calm to be around. They would be great for any family. Adoption fee is $80 total if adopted together.
Come meet Marble and Jason at West Valley Humane Society, 5801 Graye Lane in Caldwell, 11 a.m. through 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
