Ada County Pet of the Week: Ettzy

Ettzy, 1, is a 7-pound female Domestic Shorthair mix. Ettzy is sweet, gentle, and affectionate. She was brought to the shelter as a stray but appears to be very comfortable around humans. She enjoys having visitors in the cattery and will chirp and rub up against the bars to get your attention. She loves ear scratches, cheek rubs, and will chase after her catnip-mouse toys with glee. Ettzy is a beautiful cat with an equally beautiful personality. We don’t know how she is with other animals so be sure to monitor introductions carefully if you have other furry friends at home. Ettzy should do well in a home with children, so long as they are gentle and respectful with her.
