Canyon County Pet of the Week: Lani

Lani, 2, weighs 42 pounds and is a pretty white dog with unique colored eyes who is friendly with all people.

She is a self-motivated entertainer. She will find a toy and lay down, happy to entertain herself.

Lani seems very interested in the dogs in the adjacent yard. We think that going to a home with a doggy companion would be best. After seeing her non-reaction to kenneled and loose cats, she may even do well with a cat in the home.

Lani is a smart girl. She knows “sit” and is treat-motivated to learn more. She was fine in the bathtub like she knew that she would feel better without all the caked-on mud. Because of Lani’s size and youthful energy, we suggest children in the home be 8+ years who are mindful of gentle play ... no rough-housing into mouthy play.

Lani’s special adoption fee of only $80 includes spay, current vaccines, and microchip. She is ready to go home today.
