Ada County Pet of the Week: Ginger
Ginger, 2, is a 7-1/2 pound spayed female Domestic Mediumhair. Ginger was surrendered to the Idaho Humane Society due to her previous owner having allergies. Ginger has adjusted well to shelter life and enjoys having visitors in the cattery. She’s a mellow, easy-going cat that appreciates rest and relaxation. She loves warm blankets, sunny spots, and people’s laps. Ginger will meow and chirp to ask for your attention, then roll on her back while you’re petting her. She’s a very affectionate cat that is sure to be a loving companion.
If you would like to meet Ginger (#39509229) you can find her in Cattery Kennel 100 at the Idaho Humane Society, 4775 Dorman St. in Boise. They are open every day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information about Ginger or other adoptable pets, go to idahohumanesociety.org
