Canyon County Pet of the Week: Buster
Buster, 3, is a medium-size border collie mix, weighing 48 pounds. He is housetrained and has been non-reactive to other dogs at the shelter. He is a strong boy on a leash, who will benefit from working on his leash manners. He knows the sit command and loves to play with balls and loves the water. Because of his energy level, he is best with children 5 and up. He will need a securely fenced yard so he can run and play safely.
He is up-to-date on his vaccinations, and scheduled to be neutered and micro-chipped. Bring the whole family, including dogs, to meet him.
Buster is in the dog adoptions wing at West Valley Humane Society, 5801 Graye Lane in Caldwell. Learn about them and other adoptable pets at www.westvalleyhumanesociety.org.
