This interactive map shows how home prices have changed in every Boise-area ZIP code
Boise was ranked the most-overvalued housing market in the country last summer and homeowners have continued paying above asking prices in the Treasure Valley’s frenzied housing market.
This map shows the change in median home sales price for practically every ZIP code between downtown Boise and west of Caldwell. It’s based on data comparing the prices in December 2020 with the sale prices in December 2021.
