Which brewery? Good question. As the listing explains, additional information will be provided if you sign a confidentiality agreement.
That said, it is an “upscale brewery in a highly sought after area,” “managed and owned by a husband and wife team” and has gross sales of $60,000, according to the listing. ($60,000? How long has this place been open?)
I welcome brews clues from beer detectives. Either way, I imagine plenty of imaginative barstool theories.
