‘Grateful for all the memories,’ this wine tasting room is closing in Garden City

A Garden City wine destination plans to close soon.

Coiled Wines will shutter its tasting room at 3408 W. Chinden Blvd., owner Leslie Preston announced Wednesday.

Part of the building is available to lease.

“My winemaking days are behind me,” Preston wrote on social media, “and I need to focus on making space in the building and starting in a new chapter. ... I am so grateful for all the memories we have shared here, and I am so proud that my Coiled team continues to be a family.”

“I still have wine available,” Preston added, “and our online shop will remain open after the tasting room closes. You also can find Coiled at local wine shops and restaurants.”
