Boise food hall reaches ‘milestone’ — full capacity at 16 vendors. Here’s what opened

The Warehouse Food Hall is full.

Now it wants to do the same for your stomach.

Mazzah Mediterranean Grill officially opened Thursday, Jan. 9, at the Warehouse, 370 S. 8th St., in downtown Boise. A local brand for nearly two decades, Mazzah operates a restaurant at 1772 W. State St. Its food hall location will offer a menu that includes gyros, kabobs and baklava.

Mazzah is the 16th vendor at the food hall, taking it to full capacity for the first time since opening in 2022.

“This is an exciting milestone for The Warehouse,” Robert Rourk, general manager of the dining collective, said in a press release. “Mazzah brings even more diversity to our food hall offerings, showcasing the rich variety that makes Boise’s culinary scene so special.”

Mazzah will be open during regular food hall hours: 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday, and 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday.

Other vendors at the Warehouse are Anzalone Pizza, Basquenese, Caffe D’Arte, Camp Cocktail Bar, Driftwood, Foy’s Franks, KB’s Burritos, The Loading Dock, Neighbor Tim’s BBQ, Poppy Seed Bakery & Cafe, Rush Bowls, Totally Smashed, Waffle Love, Wok n’ Roll and Idaho Livin’.
