Gone? Boise’s top outdoor venue announced a concert next year. Tickets already sold out
If you’re planning to see your favorite singer or band next summer in Boise, here’s a piece of advice.
Don’t procrastinate.
A week after the first concert of 2025 went on sale at Outlaw Field at the Idaho Botanical Garden — indie-rock band Lord Huron — it sold out.
Fans are out of luck if they don’t already have tickets to the May 23 show at Boise’s premier outdoor venue. Unless, of course, they’re willing to pony up big bucks on the secondary market.
Outlaw Field, which has a capacity of 4,000 people, is just getting started on assembling its annual music series. The venue normally hosts a dozen or more concerts.
A second one is expected to be revealed soon. (Not an additional Lord Huron date, but an entirely different act.)
Live music fans would be wise to keep their eyes peeled for new show announcements in the coming weeks. And to keep their credit cards armed and ready. Outlaw Field is no stranger to selling out months in advance.
In recent years, Bon Iver and Kelsea Ballerini are examples of acts that blew through all available tickets the winter before outdoor music season even began.
