The Ford Idaho Center must be ready for warm weather.
Its outdoor shows already are piling up.
The Nampa venue just announced an Aug. 14 concert headlined by rock group Young the Giant. German rockers Milky Chance will be the special guest. Armenian singer-songwriter Rosa Linn will open.

Formed in 2004 in California (and originally called The Jakes), Young the Giant has charted with singles including “My Body,” “Cough Syrup” and “Superposition.”
Boise concertgoers already have been snapping up tickets for outdoor shows this year at the Ford Idaho Center Amphitheater. Other events on sale include Matchbox 20 (June 4), Hank Williams Jr. (July 14), Rain (July 28) and Parker McCollum (July 29).
