Your head might explode when you see hillbilly headbangers Steve ’n’ Seagulls unleash their breakout YouTube hit — a bluegrass cover of AC/DC’s “Thunderstruck.” These Finnish goat ropers also pummel Iron Maiden’s “The Trooper” with banjo. And crush Pantera with polka accordion. Is Steve ’n’ Seagulls the first tongue-in-cheek band to do breakneck bluegrass? Nope, but it’s the best.
