Ping pong, ramen restaurant won’t open in Boise in September after all
Put down your ping pong paddle. Not to mention your chopsticks.
RamaPong — possibly the greatest potential thing ever to happen in Downtown Boise — won’t open in late September as originally planned.
The bar and ramen restaurant in the basement space below Boise Fry Co. in the Adelmann Building is running behind schedule.
“We are looking to extend our opening to later this fall,” says Andrew Hanebutt, marketing manager at Boise Fry Co.
When it does debut, RamaPong plans to offer steaming bowls of high-quality ramen and hot games of table tennis in an 1,800-square-foot bar and restaurant area.
These two guys aren’t invited to the first tournament.
